These 27.5 inch 650b Mountain bike wheelsets incorporate black 36 hole Halo T2 rims, black Shimano Deore XT M756, 6-bolt disc hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. The T2 is Halos’ middle weight multi-purpose mountain bike rim. It features a strong box section with T-10 heat treated material and can be used with Disc or V- Brakes for a range of riding applications. With an inner rim width of 26mm and outer rim width of 32mm the T2 is suitable for tyres between 1.95 and 2.5 inch. The Shimano Deore XT M756 disc hubs are the perfect partners for Shimano’s Deore XT hydraulic disc brake system. The hub shells are made from anodised aluminium with a strong 9mm CrMo axle on the rear. They have sealed contact bearings to increase service life by preventing water and mud ingress, and low-friction Borozon treated bearing races for a precision rolling action. The hubs are set for 100mm and 135mm quick release (skewers provided), with a Shimano HG freehub that will take 8 to 12 speed MTB cassettes, or up to 10 speed road cassettes. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hub with Halo black spokes and nipples. Price includes insured and tracked Parcelforce postage.
