27.5 Inch 650b Halo T2 Rim, Shimano M475 Hubs 6-Bolt Wheelset, 100mm/135mm QR, Shimano HG

These 27.5 inch 650b Mountain bike wheelsets incorporate black 36 hole Halo T2 rims, black Shimano M475, 6-bolt disc hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. The T2 is Halos’ middle weight multi-purpose mountain bike rim. It features a strong box section with T-10 heat treated material and can be used with Disc or V- Brakes for a range of riding applications. With an inner rim width of 26mm and outer rim width of 32mm the T2 is suitable for tyres between 1.95 and 2.5 inch. For use with 6-bolt disc brake rotors and quick release dropouts, the Shimano M475 hubs use cup and cone bearings, and double contact sealing prevents mud ingress. The hubs are set for 100mm and 135mm quick release – skewers provided. The rear Shimano HG freehub that will take 8 to 12 speed MTB cassettes, or up to 10 speed road cassettes. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with Halo black spokes and nipples. Wheels have been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations.
