These 27.5 inch 650b touring bike, and ebike specific front wheels incorporate brand new Ryde Andra 40 Disc specific black 36 hole rims, brand new black Shimano Deore XT M756A front hubs, Halo black spokes and black nipples. All Andra rims are built to withstand and carry more load than regular rims and can ideally be used for not only regular e-bikes, but also transport bikes with or without motor support. The Andra 40 rim is the solution to get the strongest wheels for hard used bikes and can take up to 180 kg. From cargo bikes to family bikes (‘bakfiets’) to mountain-bike downhill bikes. The 25 mm internal width works perfectly with all the wider tyres (37-62mm) that are available. If it has to last, take the Andra 40. The Shimano Deore XT M756 6-bolt disc hubs are the perfect partners for Shimano’s Deore XT hydraulic disc brake system. The hub shells are made from anodised aluminium with a strong 9mm CrMo axle on the rear. They have sealed contact bearings to increase service life by preventing water and mud ingress, and low-friction Borozon treated bearing races for a precision rolling action. The hubs are set for 100mm QR – skewer provided. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with new Halo black spokes and new black Halo nipples. Price includes insured and tracked postage.
