This is for a newly hand built 28 inch 700c road, gravel or cyclocross bike rear wheel incorporating brand new black 32 hole DT Swiss R460 db disc rims, brand new black Bitex MTR12 rear, 6-bolt disc specific hubs, Halo double-butted black spokes and nickel plated brass nipples. The R460 18mm Road Rim is the ultimate all-rounder, go-anywhere rim. It features a wide internal rim width and is light, and strong while being very affordable. It provides an exceptional tyre profile and meets the performance demand for wider tyres, which are a modern standard in the world of top-level road cycling. As well as being a high-performer, it features fantastic reliability and durability, which in turn makes it highly versatile and ready for any adventure, terrain and race. The rims can be used with or without tubes. The black anodised and polished, sealed bearing, Bitex MTR12 hubs weigh just 280g and are ideal for road, gravel, and XC. The hubs are set for 135mm QR. Choose between a standard 11 speed Shimano HG freehub, or a SRAM XDR driver. The rims have been 3-cross laced to the hubs using Halo double-butted (2.0 – 1.8 – 2.0mm) black spokes and nickel plated brass nipples. This beautiful wheel has been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations. Wheels are bubble wrapped and boxed properly.
