These 28 inch 700c road, cyclocross, or gravel bike rear wheels incorporate brand new black 32 hole DT Swiss R470 db disc rims, brand new black Shimano QC400, centrelock disc specific hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. The DT Swiss R470 db is the all-rounder of road bike rims: light, wide and with an ideal price/performance ratio. With an inner rim width of 20mm, it works perfectly with wide tyres, while its reliability guarantees miles of problem-free riding. A precise sleeve connects the profile. This guarantees optimum resistance against all occurring loads and is the best alternative to SBWT® welded rims. The rims can be used with or without tubes. The Shimano QC400 centrelock disc rotor mount hubs are part of the new Shimano CUES range of components. They comprise cartridge bearings and contact seals to extend hub life. The hubs are set for 135mm quick release – skewer provided. The rear Shimano HG freehub will take 8 to 12 speed Shimano HG MTB cassettes, or 8 to 10 speed Shimano HG road cassettes.
