These 28 inch 700c road, cyclocross, or gravel bike rear wheels incorporate brand new black 32 hole DT Swiss R500 db disc rims, brand new black Shimano QB400, 6-bolt disc specific hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. The DT Swiss R500 db disc brake 22mm road rim will support all riding styles, no matter where the road or trail takes you. Capable of being your reliable companion for thousands of miles when you’re in the saddle, the R500 finds the perfect balance between price and performance. Featuring a 22mm internal rim width, perfect to provide the perfect tyre profile on modern wide tyres. The rims can be used with or without tubes. The Shimano QB400 6-bolt disc brake mount hubs are part of the new Shimano CUES system. They have high quality seals, and offer well-known durability, reliability and performance. The hubs are set for 135mm quick release – skewer provided. The rear Shimano HG freehub will take 8 to 12 speed Shimano HG MTB cassettes, or 8 to 10 speed Shimano HG road cassettes.
