These 28 inch 700c road/gravel bike rear wheels incorporate brand new black 32 hole DT Swiss E470 db disc rims, brand new black Halo Spin Doctor 6-bolt disc specific hubs, Halo silver stainless steel spokes and nickel plated brass nipples. The new E470 disc road endurance rim from DT Swiss is the product of DT’s ongoing investment into in-house European rim design and manufacturing. It features a new angular profile which offers reduced weight (469g), and improved comfort with a new, 24 mm internal width designed to be optimal with tyres from 28 to 40c. They can be used with either standard clinchers or tubeless tyres. A sleeved construction gives a great balance between weight, value and durability. Presta drilled with a suggested maximum system weight of 120kg. The Spin Doctor mountain bike hub from Halo offers strong performance and is best suited to XC and trail bikes. With wide spoke flanges and sealed cartridge bearings the Spin Doctor offers a smooth and reliable drive, ensuring strength and longevity. The hubs are set for 135mm quick release – skewer provided. The rear Shimano HG freehub will take 8 to 12 speed Shimano HG MTB cassettes, or 8 to 10 speed Shimano HG road cassettes.
