28 Inch 700c DT Swiss RR521 Road Disc, Bitex BX106 Centrelock Hub Rear Wheel, 135mm QR or 142mm x 12mm, 32H, Shimano HG/SRAM XDR/Campagnolo

This is for some newly hand built 28 inch 700c road bike rear wheels incorporating brand new black 32 hole DT Swiss RR521 disc rim, brand new black Bitex BX106 centrelock disc specific rear hubs, Halo black double butted spokes and black brass nipples. The DT Swiss RR521 rim is a lightweight disc brake specific semi-aero road rim – at 520g – with an 20 mm internal width for wider road or cyclocross tyres. Its 32 mm deep section boosts aero performance and enhances mud shedding for cyclocross use. Strength Boost Welding Technology creates a perfectly welded join for a durable, reliable rim. The black Bitex BX106 centrelock, sealed bearing, anodised and polished hubs, with 6 pawls and 48t engagement freehubs are ideal for all round use and weigh just 280g. These hubs can be set for 135mm QR, or 142mm x 12mm. Also choose between an 11/12 speed Shimano HG freehub (supplied with a spacer for fewer speeds), XDR driver, or Campagnolo 11/12 speed freehub. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with new Halo black double butted (2.0 – 1.8 – 2.0 mm) spokes, black brass nipples, and PHR washers. These beautiful wheels have been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations. Wheels are bubble wrapped and boxed properly.
