These 29 inch 700c Mountain bike rear wheels incorporate black 32 hole Mavic XM119 Disc rims, black Shimano QC500B, centrelock disc rear boost hubs, Halo silver stainless steel spokes and nickel plated brass nipples. Wide enough to use large volume tyres (23 to 62 mm), and specially designed with the constraint of disc brakes in mind, the black anodised Mavic XM119 Disc is one of the highest quality entry level rims on the market. They can be used with Schrader or Presta valved tubes – valve adapter supplied. The Shimano QC500B centrelock rotor disc mount rear hub is part of the new Shimano CUES range of hubs with quick engagement freehubs and labyrinth seals. Recommended for use with MTB, e-MTB, and cargo biking. The hub is set for 141mm QR (skewer provided) with a Shimano Microspline 12 speed freehub. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hub with Halo silver stainless steel spokes and nickel plated brass nipples. Wheels have been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations. Wheels are bubble wrapped and boxed properly.
