These 29 inch 700c touring, trekking, and mountain bike wheelsets incorporate black 36 hole Ryde Andra 29 disc rims, black Bitex heavy duty BX207, 6-bolt disc hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. All Andra rims are built to withstand and carry more load than regular rims and can ideally be used for not only regular e-bikes, but also transport bikes with or without motor support. The Andra 29 rims are the strongest in Ryde’s line-up. Its versatility is so great that it can be used for cargo bikes to mountain bikes and can take loads of up to 180kg. The 29mm internal width works perfectly with wider tyres up to 3 inch. The black, anodised and polished, Bitex BX207 hubs with 6-bolt brake disc mount, and 6 pawls/54t engagement steel freehubs, are ideal for wheels requiring strong hubs. The front hubs have four sealed bearings, and the rear hubs have six sealed bearings. The front hubs can be set for 100mm QR, 100mm x 12mm, 100mm x 15mm; and the rear hubs can be set for 135mm QR, or 142mm x 12mm. Choose between a steel Shimano HG freehub that will take 8 to 12 speed Shimano HG fit MTB cassettes, or 11 speed road cassettes; or a steel SRAM XD driver.
