These 29 inch 700c touring, trekking, and mountain bike rear wheels incorporate black 36 hole Ryde Andra 29 disc rims, black Halo Spin Doctor, 6-bolt disc rear hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. All Andra rims are built to withstand and carry more load than regular rims and can ideally be used for not only regular e-bikes, but also transport bikes with or without motor support. The Andra 29 rims are the strongest in Ryde’s line-up. Its versatility is so great that it can be used for cargo bikes to mountain bikes and can take loads of up to 180kg. The 29mm internal width works perfectly with wider tyres up to 3 inch. The Spin Doctor mountain bike hub from Halo offers strong performance. With wide spoke flanges and sealed cartridge bearings the Spin Doctor offers a smooth and reliable drive, ensuring strength and longevity. The hubs are supplied with a Halo 10mm bolt-on conversion kit to make the axle 135mm x 10mm bolt-on. The rear Shimano HG freehub will take 8 to 12 speed Shimano HG MTB cassettes, or 8 to 10 speed Shimano HG road cassettes. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with Halo black spokes and nipples.
