These 29 inch 700c touring, trekking, and mountain bike wheelsets incorporate black 36 hole Ryde Andra 321 disc rims, black Shimano TC500 front and QC400 rear, centrelock disc hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. All Andra rims are built to withstand and carry more load than regular rims and can ideally be used for not only regular e-bikes, but also transport bikes with or without motor support. The Andra 321 disc rim has a 21mm internal rim which is optimised for 23-45mm tyres, and a higher profile gives better stability. The Shimano TC500 and QC400 centrelock disc rotor mount hubs are part of the new Shimano CUES range of components. The hubs are set for 100mm x 15mm front and 135mm quick release rear – skewers provided. The rear Shimano HG freehub will take 8 to 12 speed Shimano HG MTB cassettes, or 8 to 10 speed Shimano HG road cassettes. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with Halo black spokes and nipples.
