29 Inch 700c Ryde Andra 321 Disc Rim, Shimano Deore M525A Hubs 6-Bolt Wheelset, 100mm/135mm QR, Shimano HG

These 29 inch 700c touring, trekking, and mountain bike wheelsets incorporate black 36 hole Ryde Andra 321 disc rims, black Shimano Deore M525A, 6-bolt disc hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. All Andra rims are built to withstand and carry more load than regular rims and can ideally be used for not only regular e-bikes, but also transport bikes with or without motor support. The Andra 321 disc rim has a 21mm internal rim which is optimised for 23-45mm tyres, and a higher profile gives better stability. For use with 6-bolt disc brake rotors and quick release dropouts, the Shimano Deore M525A hubs use cup and cone bearings with super polished and ultra smooth bearing races that provide a precision low-friction rolling action, and double contact sealing prevents mud ingress. The hubs are set for 100mm and 135mm quick release – skewers provided. The rear Shimano HG freehub will take 8 to 12 speed MTB cassettes, or up to 10 speed road cassettes. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with Halo black spokes and nipples. Wheels have been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations.
