These 29 inch 700c touring, trekking, and mountain bike front wheels incorporate black 36 hole Ryde Andra 40 disc rims, black Bitex BX214, 6-bolt disc boost hubs, Halo black spokes and nipples. All Andra rims are built to withstand and carry more load than regular rims and can ideally be used for not only regular e-bikes, but also transport bikes with or without motor support. The Andra 40 rim is the solution to get the strongest wheels for hard used bikes and can take up to 180 kg. From cargo bikes to family bikes (‘bakfiets’) to mountain-bike downhill bikes. The 25 mm internal width works perfectly with all the wider tyres (37-62mm) that are available. If it has to last, take the Andra 40. The black anodised and polished Bitex BX214 6-bolt disc brake mount boost front hubs are fitted with cartridge bearings and are ideal for e-bikes as the bearing seats are thicker compared with the standard boost hubs.
