700c DT Swiss R460 Rim, Black or Silver Bitex RAF12/RAR12 Hubs Wheelsets, 28H, 100mm 130mm QR, Shimano HG/Campagnolo/SRAM XDR

This is for some newly hand built 700c road bike wheelsets incorporating brand new black DT Swiss R460 rim-brake 28 hole rims, brand new black or silver Bitex RAF12 and RAR12 hubs. The R460 18mm Road Rim is the ultimate all-rounder, go-anywhere rim. It features a wide internal rim width and is light at 460g, and strong while being very affordable. It provides an exceptional tyre profile and meets the performance demand for wider tyres, which are a modern standard in the world of top-level road cycling. As well as being a high-performer, it features fantastic reliability and durability, which in turn makes it highly versatile and ready for any adventure, terrain and race. The rims can be used with or without tubes. The Bitex RAF/R12 anodised and polished hubset weighs in at 300g and is suited to a wide variety of applications. The hubs are fitted with ABEC 5 TPI bearings which make them very reliable and durable. Choose between a standard 11 speed Shimano HG freehub (supplied with a spacer for fewer speeds), 11/12 speed Campagnolo freehub, or SRAM XDR 12 speed driver. The six pawl freehubs (two sets of three) give 48pts of engagement making them very responsive. Hubs are set for 100mm/130mm quick release. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with Halo black spokes and nickel plated brass nipples. These beautiful wheelsets have been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations. Wheels are bubble wrapped and boxed properly.
