700c Ryde Zac2000 V-Brake Rim, Shimano Deore XT M756 6-Bolt Hub Rear Wheel; Touring, Mountain Bike, 135mm QR

This is for some newly hand built 700c touring bike, and mountain bike specific rear wheels incorporating brand new Ryde Zac2000 V-brake specific black 36 hole rims, brand new black Shimano Deore XT M756A rear hubs, Halo black spokes and black nipples. With an inner rim width of 19mm and a recommended tyre width of 28mm to 62mm (1.25 inch to 2.5 inch), the Zac2000 is ideal for light trekking or touring bikes, as well as for mountain bikes with rim or v-brakes. The Zac2000’s strong design permits weights of up to 110kg. The Shimano Deore XT M756 6-bolt disc hubset are the perfect partners for Shimano’s Deore XT hydraulic disc brake system. The hub shells are made from anodised aluminium with a strong 9mm CrMo axle on the rear. They have sealed contact bearings to increase service life by preventing water and mud ingress, and low-friction Borozon treated bearing races for a precision rolling action. The hubs are set for 135mm QR – skewer provided. The rear freehub will take 8 to 12 speed standard Shimano fit MTB cassettes. The rims are 3-cross laced to the hubs with new Halo black spokes and new black Halo nipples. A strong rear wheel with the option of both v-brake and disc brake. Ideal for the rider whom wants stronger hubs. This beautiful wheel has been hand trued, dished and spokes tensioned according to rim manufacturers recommendations.
